Achieving Consensus and Acting Together, Planning for the Future — Shenglong Xiangyang Factory Conducts Special Leadership Training
Golden October, Continuous Learning: Leadership Training to Strengthen Management Foundation
In the golden days of October, learning never ceased. To solidify the management foundation and empower the leadership team, the company conducted a thematic leadership training titled "Shared Consensus, Joint Action, Strategic Planning for the Future" from October 31 to November 1, 2025. The training featured General Manager Pan Fei and Operations Director Shao Yong as keynote speakers, focusing on effective problem-solving approaches and efficient communication. The session aimed to enhance managerial thinking and leadership effectiveness, injecting new vitality into the company's future development!

Before the formal training began, an interactive ice-breaking game called "Guess Who I Am" set the tone. The first to guess correctly earned points, sparking lively engagement. Through laughter and camaraderie, participants quickly built connections, and from that moment, the inter-team points competition quietly commenced.

Following the ice-breaking activity, the training officially began. On the first day, Operations Director Shao Yong shared unique insights and techniques on problem-solving, drawing from his extensive practical experience. He introduced the PDCA cycle, guiding participants to set clear goals (Plan), develop and execute action plans (Do), regularly review progress and outcomes (Check), and make adjustments based on feedback (Act). He also elaborated on the eight steps of problem-solving, the 5W2H analysis, and the fishbone diagram. The session avoided dry theoretical content, instead using real-life case studies and addressing existing management challenges. Participants engaged in group discussions, role-playing, and scenario simulations to explore solutions in depth.

On the second day, General Manager Pan Fei shared insights on effective communication. Participants actively exchanged experiences and challenges in team management, quality control, and delivery assurance, broadening their management perspectives and acquiring practical tools. Additionally, Pan guided discussions to identify and outline the company's top five priority tasks for 2026.

Throughout the training, teams enthusiastically participated in interactive Q&A sessions, constantly reshuffling the leaderboard rankings. In the end, two participants, Yu Yinghao and Zhang Jun, earned the highest individual points and were awarded the "Interactive Stars" title. The "Rapid Advance Team" accumulated the highest group points, securing the "Outstanding Team" award.

As discussions on the 2026 goals and pathways concluded, the training drew to a successful close. Reflecting on the entire process, every segment was meaningful and valuable. Leadership development is a continuous journey. Let this training serve as a new starting point to enhance team effectiveness and drive the high-quality development of the Xiangyang factory!
